Delivery Times

While we aim to process orders swiftly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Delays caused by payment authorization or product availability are not included in our estimates. Orders are processed during business hours. Your shipping estimate will be calculated based on your location and the selected shipment method at checkout.

Sweden: 2-3 business days

Norway, Denmark, EU, UK: 3-4 business days

International Shipping: 5-9 business days

Delivery

Charlie AK ships worldwide. Depending on your location, you can choose from one or more delivery options.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order. You can check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, and you will be charged all fees associated with both the delivery and return, including any taxes and duties.

Charlie AK insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. Orders outside Sweden require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment transfers to you. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery, a signature by the third party will be considered sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Charlie AK. We cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Delivery times are guidelines only and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, customs clearance processes, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen events. Please note that delivery charges do not include import costs (such as taxes or import duties) that may apply when packages reach the destination country.

We occasionally offer free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Free delivery campaigns will be applied to your order at checkout.
